Brae Riach Press currently sells digital products delivered by email, including:

• AI Office Kit UK — a digital toolkit of guides, templates and reference materials
• Photo Rescue Kit UK — Starter (£29) and Photo Rescue Kit UK — Complete (£79) — a 14-day (or 19-day, for Complete) email-delivered challenge with accompanying PDF workbooks and reference cards

Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable UK tax unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases; a price change never affects something you've already bought.

Digital products are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your email address before completing payment — we can't be responsible for non-delivery caused by a mistyped address, though we're happy to help track it down if you get in touch.

Course-style products (like Photo Rescue Kit UK) are delivered as a welcome email with the full workbook attached immediately, followed by one short daily email for the length of the challenge. You're never blocked from working ahead — the full workbook is yours from day one, and the daily emails are a pacing aid, not a gate.

Allow up to 24 hours for delivery after purchase. If nothing arrives within that window, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us — we'll resolve it promptly.

Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. For physical goods, this is straightforward.

For digital content delivered immediately by download or email — which is how our products work — the law allows you to agree to start receiving the content right away, in exchange for giving up that 14-day cancellation right once delivery has begun. At checkout, you'll be asked to confirm you understand this and consent to immediate delivery. Once you've done that and the content has been sent, the statutory cancellation right no longer applies — this refund policy (Section 5) is what governs afterwards instead.

If you haven't yet completed checkout and want to ask a question about this before buying, contact us first.

We want you to actually get value from what you buy, not just technically own it. So:

• Haven't started, or it's not for you: contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked, provided you let us know before you've worked through the majority of the challenge.
• Something's gone wrong on delivery (files missing, corrupted, wrong product): tell us and we'll fix it or refund you — this one's on us to sort out, not something you need to justify.
• You've completed most or all of the challenge and simply changed your mind: we'll look at it case by case rather than promising an automatic refund, since by that point you've received the value the product exists to provide. Get in touch anyway — we'd rather understand what didn't work than lose you as a reader.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. To request one, email letters@braeriachpress.com with your order details.

Photo Rescue Kit UK and similar products are practical, self-directed guidance — not a professional archiving, data recovery, or IT support service. We don't guarantee specific outcomes (how much storage you'll free up, whether a damaged or corrupted file can be recovered, and so on), and nothing in these products should be treated as a substitute for professional data recovery services if you're dealing with genuinely critical or already-damaged files. Follow the backup guidance before making major changes to your own photo library — we're not liable for photos lost through your own process, though we've designed the challenge specifically to avoid that risk.

Where a Brae Riach Press publication draws on a public-domain text (for example, DESIDERATA's use of Max Ehrmann's 1927 poem, in the public domain in the United States), this is stated clearly on the relevant product page. Such publications are independently created by Brae Riach Press and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original author's estate, publisher, or the producer of any later adaptation.

The website's content, design, and the digital products themselves (including all text, illustrations, PDFs, and templates) are the property of Brae Riach Press and its collaborators, except where a public-domain source is explicitly credited. Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal-use licence to use it for yourself and your own household — not to resell, redistribute, or share it beyond that.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your other statutory rights as a UK consumer.

We may update these terms as the Press adds new products or as our practices evolve. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. We'll date this page so it's clear when it last changed.
